Uses:

The Electro-hydraulic servo universal machine uses the stress of hydraulic oil to stretch, compress, curve, and shear the metal plastics, non-metal plastics and composite. The testing machine has the advantage of stable and reliable, high precision and durable use, specially, it is fit for the large loading testing.

The YNS Series testing machines match the KNZ controller which is designed and manufactured by our own company.

Functions & features:

1. Equipped with the controller designed and manufactured by our company.

2. Use widely. This series machines are suitable for various tests, such as, tensile, compression, bending etc. for metal, non-metal and compound materials.

3. The frame is elegant in appearance, and the hydraulic grip is operated with button and clamped automatically.

4. High precision displacement measuring and steady and reliable running.

5. Measuring resolution is up to ±320000 codes.

6. Displacement speed can be set freely, and can also be set to strain-stress control system.

7. Adopt three close-loop control technology that can realize close-loop control for load, deformation and displacement, and control modes can be switched smoothly.

8. Has many protection functions, such as, load limit, displacement limit, deformation limit, automatic shutdown when specimen ruptures, early warning when extensometer taken off, etc.

9. Test curves of load-deformation, load-displacement, and stress-strain, etc can be plotted. Functions of amplification and reduction of partial curves and curves superposition etc. can be realized.
