Application:
The test machine is suitable for the test of bearing capacity of less than 1000KN. The main structure adopts welding structure and aging treatment to ensure the rigidity of the whole machine. The hydraulic cylinder is placed under the upper beam. When the work is done, the piston extends out of the lower pressure sample and the size of the table surface is fixed (width x long): 1200x1200mm. The pressure head is quenched in high quality alloy structural steel (HRC45-50) to ensure its service life. Using high precision hydraulic drive hydraulic cylinder, cylinder and piston with special sealing material, achieve high efficiency sealing, low friction, long life, the use of professional testing machine oil pump motor group, low noise, long service life, using super fine oil filter to ensure oil within the system so as to ensure the implementation of long-term control of clean working elements.
