Applications:

HXD-1000TMC (LCD) Micro Hardness Tester with Picture Analysis System is equipped with an advanced computerized automatic measurement system. When the objective lens and the indenter are switched, the turret will be automatically traversed. The position accuracy is exactly without any error, the optical system imaging is clear, the high-quality microscopy and the image of material metallurgy can be captured on the computer. It is intuitive for carburized layers, nitrided layers, electroplated layers, various metals, non-metallic materials, etc. The image measurement software is fully-functional, ultra high pixel automatic measurement record the indentation and hardness Values, automatically draw graphs, automatic conversion of the variety scales, automatically save a measurement back up in the computer hard disk , fixed print and save the text and other operations.

The HXD-1000TMC (LCD) Micro Hardness Tester with Picture Analysis System can be replaced the metallographic microscope  to make the two purposes in one machine for heat treatment, metal material processing, automotive manufacturing, bearings, research institutes, universities and other testing companies.
