Test Principle:

The Charpy Impact Test Machine strikes at a certain velocity and passes through the thin film sample to measure the energy consumed by the punching head to evaluate the impact capability of the anti-pendulum.

Test Procedure:

1.According to GB 6672, the thickness of the thin film sample should be measured at the center of all samples, and the arithmetic mean of 10 sample tests was taken.

2.According to the test, the anti-pendulum impact energy is used to select the punch, so that the reading is between 10% and 90% of the full range.

3.Calibrate the instrument according to the instrument.

4.Put the sample flat into the clamping device, and the sample should not fold or be too large.The impact surfaces of 10 samples should be consistent.

5.The pendulum on the release device, button start test on the computer, the pendulum impact test specimen, the same steps for 10 test, after the test automatically calculate the arithmetic mean of 10 specimens.
