Brief Introduction
JBW-300 computer control impact testing machine is ideal testing equipment , it is used to measure the metal material to resist impact loads under the dynamic properties. It can meet GB/T229-2007 <<metal Charpy notched impact test method>>, JJG 145-2007<<pendulum impact testing machine test procedures>>, ASTME23<<metal notched specimen standard impact test method>> requirements.
This machine can automatically control for taking pendulum, impact and put off pendulum. And dual- display mode. ( dial display mode and computer display mode)
Features
1.This machine is low temperature impact testing machine, Equipped with pneumatic sample feeding device, make sure that the impact test can be carried out within 4 seconds , after the low temperature test of the specimen.So that can improve test precision and efficiency.
2.Sample cooling, constant temperature, temperature regulation, take pendulum, swing, send sample, positioning, impact are automatic control, automatic completion.
3.This machine is equipped with a computer and a printer. Can edit date and generate test report ,;storage and print the test date;average energy of the three test;test time and any other content. Can also realize the data remote transmission, the computer screen displays the cooling and cooling curve in real time, which is convenient for mastering the cooling time of the sample.

1)Mechanics Parts
Press the “take” button,Pendulum raise and hang up. Press the”automatic feeding” button,The machine will realize:Send sample→positioning→clamp→Sample in place,Then press the “pin” button, finally press”impact” button, that is a complete impact test .After the specimen is broken,Pendulum automatic raise and hang up for the next test.
2)Indicating mechanism
Include :dial scale, Pointer and Hand setting
This machine is controlled by microcomputer, which contains two sets of reading system. The test results are displayed on the computer at the same time

2.Cryogenic device:
It mainly consists of two parts: the refrigeration system and the low temperature tank.
Turn on the power supply and switch,High temperature compressor starts working,When reached the start condition of the low temperature compressor (about 5 minutes),then it will automatic starting,The refrigeration system enters the formal refrigeration working state.When the temperature is close to the set temperature,The heating device in the cooling tank begins to supply heat according to the PID regulation mode,In order to balance the cooling capacity of the cooling system, so that can realize constant temperature.
3.Feeding mechanism
Pneumatic feeding mechanism is mainly composed of two parts: cylinder and feeding device.You can fine tune the position and speed of the feed rod by adjusting the position of the magnetic switch.
4.Positioning mechanism
The specimen must be attached to the side of the anvil so that the specimen notch is correctly positioned at the center of the pendulum axis.This is guaranteed by positioning mechanism.
5.Electric control system
