1.Profile
The main engine is two columns, two bars, oil cylinder, and the stretch space is above the host, and the compression and bending test space is between the lower beam of the host and the table.Measurement and control system using digital multi-channel closed loop control system, with functions of three closed loop, which can make the stress, strain and displacement closed loop control mode, and can make an impact switch, the speed of its stress and strain rate completely accord with national standard GB/T228.1-2010 and other metal tensile test standard requirements.
2.The transmission system
The lower beam can be adjusted by using motor driven by reducer, chain drive mechanism and screw side drive.
3..The hydraulic system
The hydraulic oil in the tank pumps the high-pressure pump into the oil circuit through the motor, which flows through the high pressure filter, the differential valve group, and the servo valve, and enters the cylinder.The computer sends out the control signal to the servo valve, controls the opening and direction of the servo valve, so as to control the flow into the cylinder, so as to achieve the control of equal speed test force and equal velocity displacement and so on.
