The design of HDW series microcomputer controlled universal testing machine converge the control technology and shape design of advanced test equipment. This machine has beautiful appearance, convenient operation, no pollution, low noise, stable and reliable performance, and has a wide range of speed regulation.The machine uses AC servo motor and Control system as the driving device. After the circular arc synchronous belt and the circular arc synchronous pulley deceleration system decelerate, the precision ball screw pair is loaded, and a variety of mechanical properties test of the sample is completed.
1. The precision screw pair driving by high precision, all digital speed control system and the precision deceleration system carry out the experiment to achieve a wide range adjustment of the test speed. The noise of the test process is low and the operation is stable.
